Keyboarding is not just for the older grades, it can be a great way to introduce kindergartner to letter recognition and in the same swoop teach them some basic keyboarding skills!! Whenever you work with the students on the computer, try to reinforce some essential habits for key boarding such as:
- Keep your left hand to the left and right hand to the right, draw an imaginary line in the middle and tell the students never to have their hands cross over!!
